Atkins experienced a slip and fall accident on some ice in New York and died from the injury to his head. He did not die from the Atkins diet. __________________________________________________

I did my fair share of cardio, but changing to a low-carb diet was the key. If you are following low-carb, then you may be able to come off of insulin.
