And yeah everyone has a story, but the majority that i saw were in those situations because of their addictions to drugs. And yeah never give someone money, i remember there were some people who only pretended to be bums just to ask for money. Seriously that was their job just to get sympathy and ask for money. But i say this, be incredibly careful because there are alot of people with pyschotic tendencies, so be very very careful.
